Protective auras, or auras, are invisible energy fields that surround all living beings. An aura is made up of many different colors and vibrations that represent different aspects of a person's true, felt, thought, and hoped-for selves.
Learning how to see your aura for the first time might be an unnerving experience if you've never done it. However, in this post, I will teach you how to view your own aura, the aura color meanings, and how to cleanse your own aura.
A spiritual energy field, or aura, is said to envelop the bodies of all living beings. An individual's state of mind, heart, and soul can all be inferred from the unique combination of colors and patterns of an aura. A person's aura, according to popular belief, is a window into their soul or life force.
A person's aura is a mirror of their energy, and as such can be used to ascertain their state of health and their motivations for taking particular actions. Some believe that a person's aura acts as a shield against psychic attacks and can have a positive or negative vibration.
One's mental, physical, and spiritual health can all be gleaned by looking at someone’s aura. A healthy person's aura exudes a color of comfort and warmth, while a sick person's aura has a cold, distant quality. A person's aura contains information about their character and spiritual development.
Breaks or tears in your aura can manifest as illness in the body, mind, or spirit.
An aura is affected by your physical environment, your mental state, and even the food you eat. As a person grows older and their circumstances change, so do the things that are most important to them. Negativity, stress, toxic people, and even caffeine can have a negative effect on a person's aura. A meditative practice is one of the best ways to keep your aura cleansed and pure.
A person's aura's color, intensity, and saturation can all have different meanings depending on the circumstances. Aura manifestations are usually one of seven colors, but an aura can be any color on the light spectrum.
These are 7 common aura colors and what each color represents:
A red aura meaning (especially a fiery shade of red), is often associated with passion, strength, and vitality. On the other hand, it can mean anger, rage, or a threat of bodily harm.
An orange aura meaning is associated with vitality, enthusiasm, and creativity. Being too optimistic or overly cautious is another possible interpretation.
A yellow aura meaning is linked to brainpower and vitality because of its association with sunshine. This can also be negative and represent someone who thinks too much.
A green aura meaning is associated with nature and a need for balance. Negativities of this color include possessiveness and jealousy.
A blue aura meaning is associated with desirable qualities such as intelligence, dependability, and serenity. However, it can lead to depression or melancholy.
An indigo aura meaning is linked to psychic abilities like intuition and empathy. If the aura is not clear, it can imply the person has apprehension or mistrust.
A purple aura meaning has been connected to spiritual development, enlightenment, and metamorphosis. It can also be linked to someone who is too focused in fantasy and not focused on their earthly duties.
A white aura is likened to the purity of fresh snow or the tranquil moonlight, symbolizing innocence, spiritual advancement, and healing. This hue is linked to individuals radiating balance and harmony, often drawn towards roles of nurturing and guidance. A white aura signifies limitless potential and openness to life's vibrant experiences.
Different colors in an aura have different meanings depending on their saturation, brightness, and hue. The intensity of one's blue aura may be interpreted as a reflection of their level of intuition and spirituality, but a muted blue aura may be read as an indication of depression.
It is easy to see your own aura.
1. The first thing to do is concentrate on your breathing and take deep breaths. Deep breathing and a willingness to let go of distractions and get into a meditative state are essential for being fully present in the moment.
2. Another way to see your own aura is to use a reflective surface, such as a mirror or a bowl of still water. Gaze into the reflection and relax your eyes. You may start to see a colorful mist or halo around your head and body. This is your aura.
3. A third way to see your aura (and the only way I can do it) is by putting your palm on a sheet of white paper.
The white color would represent a complete opening of the crown chakra and the person would have relinquished all attachment to the world and embody altruism, compassion, and love at all times. Every time I see my aura it gives me goosebumps because it reminds me that we are just energy beings and each of us has a purpose for this life.
Maintaining a clean aura is essential if you wish to maintain optimal physical, mental, and spiritual health and remain connected to your intuition and universe. There are many ways to cleanse your aura, depending on what works best for you.
1. A daily meditation ritual is one of the best ways to ensure a cleansed aura. Daily deep breathing exercises are simple yet highly effective for purifying your aura. Close your eyes and imagine being devoured by a blinding white or golden light.
2. Another way to keep your aura pure is by removing caffeine and limiting animal products.
3. Finally, the age-old practice of using crystals to cleanse one's aura is widely held to be effective at removing negative energy from your aura.
No matter which method you choose, cleansing your aura is important and should be done regularly in order to keep yourself in mentally, physically, and spiritually healthy- and in tuned with the universe!
